Thank you for coming and choosing my clinic for the past years. I really appreciate your support.

Here are some new regulations and holiday information that I would like to share with you all.

● Clinic Opening Hours (from April 2025):

Starting from April 2025, the clinic will be open every even-numbered Sunday and every odd-numbered Saturday, according to the Danish calendar.

For example:

• Week 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. - Open on Saturdays
• Week 2, 4, 6, 8, etc. - Open on Sundays

All available appointments are shown on the booking system, so please check carefully when booking.

● Cancellation Policy:

There is a cancellation policy: you will be charged half of the cost if you cancel less than 22 hours before your appointment.

There are two automatic messages to confirm your booking: one immediately after you book, and one 22 hours before your appointment. This means you will be charged if you cancel after receiving the last confirmation message.

Alternatively, if you find someone to take your appointment, the cancellation policy will not apply.

There are often waiting lists, especially for evenings and weekends, so please be sure to cancel as soon as you know you cannot make it.

● Summer Holiday:

I will be taking a longer summer holiday this year due to my studies and family matters. Therefore, please book your appointments in advance, especially those who have insurance with a validity date. During my absence, from June 12th onwards to mid-August, someone may cover emergency treatments if needed. Alternatively, I will recommend other therapists to continue your treatments. More news on this soon.

● Vicuras Clips:

These clips are valid only on weekdays (Monday-Friday) between 9:00 and 15:30.

There are a few changes to the treatment times:

• Vicuras 60 → 50-minute massage
• Vicuras 30 → 25-minute massage

If you would like to include acupuncture, there will be an additional cost on top of the clips.

• Vicuras 60 → 2 x 30-minute clips + 100 kr.
• Vicuras 30 → 1 x 30-minute clip + 75 kr.

Please check if your clips are valid for use outside of your company. Many people have booked appointments at my clinic using clips that are only valid for in-house massages.

Also, please write down your company name in the “notes” section when you first book. I need to inform Vicuras beforehand, and it takes at least 1-2 working days to confirm. You can use your clips for your partner and family if you wish.

Due to high booking demand, I am temporarily suspending new applications for Vicuras clip holders (from March 2025 onwards). I am still accepting new regular clients.
